I just announced over at Redstate the release of a new online tool for folks who must manage a precinct, or more importantly, an entire collection of precincts, such as a district or county. It's called PROCINCT and early word is that it will not only put the tools for victory into your hands, it could revolutionize politics in our country. Those were the words of many district, precinct and party officials who got an early look at the software and tried it out - no my words!
