Before starting, you may want to watch the short video about how to add our ecommerce shopping cart to your web site in under 9 minutes.
Here's how it works:
1. crank up your web editor and bring up the product page on your web site that talks about the first product you want to sell (or create a new one).
2. Start the clock.
3. Go to www.800cart.com and click the 'Sign Up' link in the upper left to join the 30 Day Free Trial. No credit card is required.
4. Fill out the short form to join, then copy/paste the teeny little patch of HTML we give you to paste into your web page. Click to save the web page to your serverf. You now have eCommerce on your web site and are selling your first product.
5. Navigate your browser to the web page you just edited ('Preview' in your web editor probably won't work right...) and buy the product you have for sale. Yes, your company's very own shopping cart is now on your web site and you can sell to anyone.
6. Stop the clock.
If more than 9 minutes have passed, just email us that we did not deliver and we will extend your 30 Day Trial to a 90 Day Trial, no questions asked!
At this point you will either want to add some more products (click 'Add Product' in the Main Menu of your new Cart Control Panel) or you may want to adjust the appearance of your new cart (click 'Cart Appearance' in the Main Menu). We're also ready to help you if you need help at any point! Just click 'Quick Question in your Cart Control Panel main menu, or email, or call with the info provided on the main menu.
